Whether you need a sitter for a weekend night to catch some "you time", someone to pick-up and watch your love bug after school, a one-on-one tutor for you little scholar, or someone to make a home cooked meal during your late nights at work, Helping Hand has you covered. Our wide selection of helping hands 

(our caregivers) lets you pick who you feel would be most compatible and beneficial to your youngster.

There is never a dull moment when you have a helping hand over.  For tutoring sessions, we serve children from Pre-K 3 through 8th grade and focus on pre-exsisting school work, as well as new concepts such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) with well rounded lessons plans designed by teachers and your very own helping hand. For babysitting sessions we care for children a year old up to fifteen years of age. We listen closely to your child's likes and dislikes to create an overall enjoyable experience, as we believe your child should not dread the thought of a babysitter.

We work closely with local students from Lyndhurst, North Arlington, and Rutherford who are highly regarded academically, participate in many extracurriculars, and engage often in community activities.  Each student goes through background checks, an interview, and are asked to send in letters of recommendation.

Have a hard schedule to fit? No problem! Set up weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed sessions and our helping hands will be more than happy to accommodate.  Plan on going away and missing some school time? We offer tutoring sessions in person as well as via Skype to the help keep your children on track academically.
